Equal Voice honours the work that takes place on the traditional territories of First Nations, Inuit, and Metis Peoples from coast to coast to coast. Although we do not operate from a single physical office, our team, volunteers, and Chapters live and organize across many homelands, treaty lands, and unceded territories.

We recognize the enduring presence, rights and governance of Indigenous Peoples on these lands, and the responsibilities that come with doing national and regional work rooted in representation, voice, and political leadership. We support more women and gender-diverse, including two-spirited people stepping into political life.

We commit to strengthening relationships with Indigenous Peoples, acknowledging that we are all treaty people in many parts of this country,  learning from the past, and advancing a future where Indigneous rights, knowledge and sovereignty are respected in every place we work.
