Strategic Vision 2025 – 2030
In 2026, Equal Voice will celebrate 25 years of leadership, connection, and progress. Through this strategic plan, which charts our course to 2030, we re-affirm our multi-partisan commitment to creating pathways for women, in all of their diversity, to run for elected office. This means not only equipping women who are running with the tools and support they need to succeed, but also creating a political environment conducive to effectively recruiting and retaining women in politics. We will accomplish this together by deepening our local and community engagement to meet women where they are, championing diverse leadership, and advocating for gender equity at all levels of government.
