Welcome to our contest celebrating some of the greatest women in Ontario!

Over the past few weeks, we've invited you to nominate the woman you feel would make Ontario's Greatest Premier.

We've never had a female premier in this province, and to date, only one woman, Catherine Callbeck in Prince Edward Island, has been elected premier of a Canadian province in a general election.

We are pleased to announce that Elizabeth Witmer is the winner of our Contest!
