EV’s Board of Directors is currently comprised of 15 directors, and one ex-officio member. There are 9 chapter chairs (selected by their respective chapters) and 6 members at large. At EV’s November 2009 AGM, EV passed a motion to expand its board to up to 20 in 2010.
