Robin Whitaker, PhD, is Associate Professor of Anthropology at Memorial University of Newfoundland.

Her research interests include gender, political culture and the politics of justice and human rights in post-conflict Northern Ireland. She was a member of the Talks Team for the Northern Ireland Women's Coalition, a party to the negotiations that culminated in the Good Friday Agreement.
